“I asked my daughter to sign me up for a ‘Just Can’t Wait’ card (I’m a technophobe!) as she has one for a different medical issue & uses hers regularly whilst out. I survived using pubs/restaurants/cafes but due to the various lockdowns & Tiers found my usual toilet stops closed. The card arrived promptly (even with lockdown & Xmas postal issues) & I have now used it is few times in stores without public toilets with no issues with the staff. Don’t know why I didn’t have one before, it has made shopping & going out sooooo much easier! Many Thanks. Caz”

“After joining the system the registration process was easy and took a few minutes to complete the application form The card was delivered in about 5 days and all free Excellent service Thank you”
