“I joined this community because I wanted to enjoy the opportunity to receive the “toilet” card. Having access to toilets when the need strikes cannot be understated. I also like the way they are actively trying to promote the scheme with shops and restaurants etc. it would be a great help to know when you are able to use the facility without being turned away”

“I've had for the last few years myself bladder problems but went to speak too someone about it and I was told to get some protector pants and I've not looked back they help me very good , if you think you have such a problem go and speak to someone about it and then they will put you in touch with the relevant people and then they will start the ball rolling”

Dear Jan, We're so sorry to hear this happened to you, this must have been incredibly difficult. We're working on a new Toilet Scheme campaign to help businesses to understand what it means to live with a bladder and bowel condition and recognise the Just Can't Wait Card, which we hope in turn will reduce instances like this. “After recently being diagnosed with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency I really need the Just can't wait card as I was starting to have accidents due to this condition which I have for life. It is recognised everywhere and not had any issues using it yet. Very prompt too.”

“It's great to have the card as a back up Because I look so well I get some nasty comments when I have needed toilets urgently I flash my card and usually people back off and apologise .”

“Daniel has been very helpful when we changed over to bladder and bowel community and bullen health care. He arranged and set everything up in place for the switch over of my daughters medical equipment prescriptions.”
