“Hi I've just recently joined the bladder and bowl community.. having my card teamed up with a letter from my doctor has relieved some of my anxiety when I go out... now I know I can approach shopkeepers etc for the use of a toilet if there aren't any public toilets close by... I've not been diagnosed fully at the moment and await tests etc... its lovely knowing a community is here to turn to for any information and advice 😀 Thankyou Nella .”

“its just a pity it was not available 40 plus years ago when i was diagnosed with ulcerated colitis waiting for card to be sent to me”

“The help I have received from BB&C has given me help in trying to lead a much more normal life. Bowel problems can be quite embarrassing but I now talk to friends about my problem and they understand and help and support me. Thank you.”
