“Excellent service got my digital card for toilet use straight away..”

“as i have prostate cancer & im suffering from the after effects of radiotherapy i tried to get a digital "just cant wait" card but there were so many hoops to jump through i gave up. i dont want to install a apple wallet on my iphone as i feel it could be unsafe.”

Hi there Roy, We're sorry to hear of your situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We apply certain criteria to the application process to try to limit card applicants to people living with a bladder or bowel condition, but understand your viewpoint. The digital wallet is perfectly safe and you don't have to add any payment cards if you don't wish to. If you prefer, you can purchase a plastic card from our website. “Thank you for the "Need the toilet urgently" card, which is now on my phone. Much appreciated because I never know especially when shopping, the bowel motions can not be held for long, and it comes on suddenly.”

“Put simply I would have struggled without their support and guidance. Having inputted my details I was called a few days late by a very friendly support worker who explained the services they offer, all free. Including home delivery of any supplies you may require and access to specialist advice/care. A huge thank you to all of provide this invaluable service. “It's very uncomfortable to have to face up to having a bladder/bowel issue and the staff that I had contact with were very understanding and helpful. The length of delays for appointments was the only point that I could make a negative comment about and maybe that's not something that can be controlled these days.”
