“I had a home visit from the GP surgery nurse. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. Lots of good advice was received and an option for aids if required. Excellent service.”

“Their site is really easy to use and the staff are always helpful. If I ever have a problem with my order or delivery, they fix the problem really quickly. My delivery driver has got to know me and is really friendly. He knows where to put my delivery if I'm not in, and contacts me if there are any problems”

“Since I got the card it's helped me go and use any loo facilities anywhere whether it be a pub cafe or office building. If you have a medical condition with your bowel or bladder don't delay and order your Urgent Card NOW....”

“Really don't know much about it. Used to attend Urology dept but they were unable to help and then just told me to go to own Doctor. Have done this got more tablets which don't work either so left with constant bad situation We now have just can't wait card on phone a nd A special key to help when in town”

“Brilliant! I was able to show the card on my mobile phone and use the loo in somewhere where I wasn’t eating or drinking and the restaurant gave me the code to go and use their toilet with no questions asked!”
