“I had a recent need to use my card when in town ; I went into cafe Nero and showed my card and even though they had a sign saying toilets were closed -they saw my card and opened up the disabled toilet for me straight away ! It was such a relief as previously I would have had to ask them and explain my situation which is difficult for me a so recently suffered my 3rd stroke and speaking is now a problem for me”

“My card arrived within a couple of days, thanks,as yet I have not needed to use it as I'm not going out very much. I enjoy reading comments on this site , it has brought home to me that I'm not the only person with these illnesses, which is how it has felt at times X”
