“My card arrived in under a week. Thankfully not had to use it yet but it is so reassuring that I have a card now. Thank you. I work in Colorectal at a local Hospital and i am so aware of the anxiety bowel problems can cause people and affect their every day life.”

“The card helps a lot because if im caught short in a shop i show it to them and they let me use there toilet, but there was one shop that told me its staff only even though i told them i have Crohns and cannot control my bowels.”

“This card to me is very important to me , as for years I have struggled with a toilet situation, I have had to plan my journeys and days out around finding a public toilet. In the past I have even used google maps to find out where I can find a toilet whilst out for the day. It's a god send for me. Thank you very much”

“The only problem is that there are many places where staff don't know this card. In some places I haven't been allowed to use the toilet. This is a real problem during the coronavirus crisis.”

“I applied online it straight forward to fill in and receive my card very quickly only took about 3 days. But since lockdown When I went out the other day no where I try would let me use the toilet anywhere with even with the card because of covid”
