“An excellent service with friendly approach. "Just Cannot Wait Card"is a great idea and saves lots of embarrassment and anxiety. Wish I knew about it when my problem started over 18 months ago. I have been caught short a few times away fromhome and not near a public toilet.”

“Very pleased to have the community card on my phone, however due to my dystonia disability, it can prove to be a problem I have tried to order the plastic card which would be more useful for me. Not sure if there's something wrong with your website, twice I have tried to get the card, but only received the phone version, please let me know if I can obtain the card by calling.”

Hi there Darren, Thank you for your review, we very much appreciate your feedback - the digital card is available to download via the website, however orders for plastic cards are made by post. Please visit this page on our website, and click the 'download form' button which should then enable you to apply by post. We make a small charge of £1.99 payable by cheque. https://www.bladderandbowel.org/help-information/just-cant-wait-card/ We're sorry to hear that the digital version doesn't suit you - but we will be happy to provide a plastic card upon receipt of your completed form and payment. “I am grateful to the community for my card.I had a medical appointment last week so i went to shop after and I urgently needed to use a toilet. I showed the shop assistant my digital card and she allowed me to use staff facilities Thankyou so much”

“Good service once I had managed to establish email contact I think it was difficult to sort an actual physical card I do not understand why we have to send a cheque and not a BAC transfer- very old fashioned”
