“I had NEVER heard or knew anything about this card. It was easy to get and download. This could be a life saver ( might be a bit over the top) but to be able to go out and not go into panic mode when you don’t know where there is a toilet is reassuring. I just hope that if I need to use it the person I’m showing it to knows what it’s about.”

“Very helpful when flying and sometimes don’t have disable facilities as after bowel cancer operation don’t have much control over bowel control can easily soil your clothes”

“I came across the site when I was looking for the cards that advised it was necessary to use the toilet quickly. Since then I have looked at it whenever a comment etc is posted and it is good to know that there is somewhere that I can go for advice and support. Only thing I would say is that if the site were more prominent, more people would be able to use it to beneficial effect.”

“I have SPINA BIFIDA OCCULTA and a SCOLIOSIS SPINE and my incontinence pads are a god send and the Bladder & Bowel are lovely people.”

“I tried using my card in a bed and breakfast at Bets y coed. The owner couldn’t let me use the toilet as they were all en-suite. Didn’t think at the time what’s he use. He sent me to a nearby surgery and I had to explain everything to the receptionist as toilets were for patient use only. I can’t tell you how embarrassing this was she told me I had to clean the toilet after me. As if I wouldn’t. What’s wrong with these people it’s only a toilet 🚽”

“Tried to call their helpline which kept me waiting then offered me to leave my name and number so they could call me - they didn't! I wanted a physical card but received an email to say my 'digital' can't wait card was ready, but I didn't want a digital one on a phone, and there was no means of speaking to anyone about it. Very poor”
