“thankyou it is great and i have used it . i went for coffee in macdonalds and they wear only leting one customer in to the loo at a time i asked iuf i could use the desabled loo and they said yes straight away after seeingthe card”

“I received my "can't wait card" really quickly. Thank you. I haven't had to use it yet as due to the corona virus I have hardly been out of my house. If and when the pandemic is over I will use it if necessary. I think it is a really good idea.”

“It was very easy to request the card on line and it arrived very quickly. Public toilets are not always easy to find. Being able to use the card will enable me to enjoy outings again”

“I wish I'd known about this sooner. My visits to the incontinence clinic still didn't leave me with much confidence about leaving the house. In fact I had an incident in a supermarket where the three customers in front of me refused to allow me to go first which had the worst possible ending for me. If I had the card, I could quickly have alerted a member of staff for help. Thank you!”

“Reassuring to be carrying this card. It will certainly help my confidence if there is a queue andI feel I need to ask permission to jump it, or use in a cafe or restaurant that I have had to enter as there is no public loo nearby. Thank You.”

“Think this is a good idea. Not had chance to use it so whether or not it makes a difference I don't know, time will tell. I will of course be informing members of the veterans group I belong to.”
