“The first time I used it I was shown straight to the loo no questions asked!! Absolutely fantastic. The week before I had it I struggled upstairs in M&S to use the loo only to be told it was closed for COVID!! I had the worst bowel incident ever in the shop - if only I’d had the card then!! It’s a life changing little card.”

“JCW card arrived within just a couple of days. Unfortunately due to current stituation with COVID 19 numerous establishments are not allowing access to toilets, which is rather inconvenient when suffering with bowel/bladder problems. So carrying the card at the moment is not is not proving too helpful!”

“Comforting to have but haven't needed to use it yet. I would also need courage also but when I'm desperate I know I'll use it. At time I received THREE separate envelopes with cards. Would you like me to return the 2 extra cards?”
