“The card arrived within a few days of requesting it. I feel confident that when I need to show it there should not be a problem with it being accepted. My local library is back open and toilets are not currently in use to the general public but they do let people with a medical card or proof of disability, use them. So we are very grateful for the card thank you.”

“The card came very handy when I was on holiday I had to go to the toilet urgently the only near place was Subways I went in & ask if I could use the toilet they said no but soon as I showed them the card they said of course you can use the toilet.”

“Albie is 5 nearly 6. He cannot wait. When he needs to go he has barely any notice that he needs to go. Because you camt see a physical problem shops would never believe me and make him wait by then it to late. But now there is alot more understanding.”
