“These people are happy to help, I have diabetes and I'm on extra medication that makes me need to toilet more and when I'm out shopping I sometime need a toilet where there are no customer toilets but with there bladder app in my Google wallet I have more chance using a toilet.”

“I am so disappointed I can find nothing on your website about Bile Acid Malabsorption, this is a chronic illness with crippling cramps and frequent bouts of without warning diarrhoea. There is little information in the public domain and when diagnosed you are told to have a low fat diet but for many sufferers it must also be a low residual fibre diet too. Trying to seek help of an NHS dietician is nigh impossible. There is just 1 licensed drug to help ease the symptoms and the more effective more palatable is unlicensed in the UK and has to be prescribed by a consultant on a shared care plan with a GP. There is lo little awareness of this lifelong illness I feel organisations like yourself have a duty to help raise awareness. I had never heard of it until diagnosed and I have on,y come across one other person I know who has heard of it and that is because they also have it. Please Please help raise awareness of this condition.”
