“I’m a bit unsure what this card allows me to do can I use the toilet in places that wouldn’t normally allow you to use there toilet many thanks”

Hi there Samantha, Yes, what you've described is exactly right. The card will give you a discreet and clear way to convey to someone that you urgently need to get to a toilet. Whilst this doesn't guarantee access, we do find that staff can be a lot more understanding when the Just Can't Wait Card is presented. “Many stores, especially during the pandemic, will not let you use their toilet. When I show them my card, I haven’t been refused yet. As I really have a bad problem, it sometimes makes me feel that I can’t go out, but if I have my card, it’s like a comfort blanket. Thank you so much.”
