“Has been a life saver for me on a couple of occasions when without it I would have been in terrible trouble. It allowed me to use a bathroom that was locked due to lockdown, the staff understood my needs as soon as I showed my card.”

“Fantastic I went to a local green groceries shop and they normally don't allow customers to use the private bathroom but I showed them the card and they had no issues at all with it so 10/10 for sure , thank you so much”

“Having this card from Bladder and Bowel Community is a Godsend as I have been caught a bit short since having surgery for Bowel cancer in January. Having the 'Just can't wait' card has brought me comfort knowing it will help to access toilets when needed urgently.Thank you so much x”
