“My GP suggested that I download your info and charts after a telephone conversation with her. I found it very useful thank you. I did “ the charts “ and sent them to her so we can move on from there in these difficult times.”

“I haven’t received my card. I have applied for one several times and receive emails telling me its in the post but never receive one. This has been going on for over a year other people I know have had theirs but not myself.”

“I needed to use it when I wanted to visit a Waitrose store with a long queue. I walked up to a member of staff at the front of the queue and showed her it, and she let me in straight away. Not just to use the loo but to do my shopping too, as I had my stick with me!”
