“I have recently received my can't wait card..and I needed to use the card.while the lockdown is on.and needed to reach the toilet.and my first experience on using it was not very good.as security man on the door at the wrange shop in rochdale. he wouldn't. except only nhs card.so unfortunately I had no access to the toilet”

“Thanks a lot! This will really help us in public! We’ve had difficulties in the past when people complained that we were using the accessibility toilet or I was asking to skip the queue in an emergency... It always felt very uncomfortable when people asked for explanations.”

“This is an absolute essential for anyone with IBD, IBS, interstitial cystitis or any other condition affecting the bladder/bowel. Despite the current Covid 19 situation, bladder and bowel community dispatched this really quickly and it arrived in good time. This is perhaps even more essential with cafes and restaurants (and therefore their toilets) closed. After showing this card in a small supermarket with no toilets for customers, the staff immediately let me use the staff toilets. Thank you bladder and bowel community, this is a brilliant scheme for various health conditions and makes life so much more comfortable and easier!”
