“İ havent got a smart phone I would rather have the card sent out but I am not good with gadgets I was not able to do it my friend did it gör me the digital one is not usable by me”

“Thankyou for the card. I have type 2bdiabetes trying new meds that make me urinate the sugers from my body.Maybe I will be able to go out more often if people allow me to use the card. Iv been staying close to home for so long.”

“It gave me the ability to request a toilet in an emergency. It has enabled me to travel with increased confidence, as people have responded positively and immediately to my requests to use a bathroom.”

“Love love love the ‘need a loo quick’ card. It saves embarrassing conversations and encourages empathy from those I need to use a loo QUICKLY. I’m even venturing out and about with the knowledge that though there’s a desperate lack of public loos I’m always able to access a loo. I have freedom!”

“I applied for the card (I tried 4 times and it didn’t arrive), then I contacted the customer service (several times, no much help…), I sent my details to them asking if they can get the card for me and send it to me…but they just said to check my email spam!!! Of course the problem wasn’t that!then they didn’t reply me anymore… Terrible service! 0 stars”

“Only found out by chance about you all. This will give me confidence when out in public knowing I have my card and can use it. For years it's caused me so much anxiety with my tummy issues.it was getting to the stage I couldn't ever leave home again . But with pushing at the Dr's and hospital I can still work thankfully.”
