“Excellent service. The only negative is the withdrawal of pads which was completely taken out of their hands.They were replaced by padded knickers…….horrible things.”

“Wanted a *Just cannot wait card,* signed-up cannot download as do not have a printer cannot download to ifone as it asks for a credit card to be added before it will add any other cards to an iwallet. I was called by one of your CS advisors whom used my details to cold call, I explained I coukd not diwnload tbe digital one as I cannot use my Iwalket asjed could I be sent a physical card. I was told I could not have one unless I was a customer. Was given a lia List of things you provide and etc also went through all complimentary items too. When I said my district nurses use another company I was told I can use who I want it is easy to change over, that You could send out my prescription without waiting for my GP to sign it was also told can get any NHS prescriptions for me. False reasons to get people to sign up wrongful advertising* I am dusgusted you can do this to anyone & will be posting to Social Media platforms about my experience & why I could not have a card. When you say on your website sign up get a free JCW card. What a load of waffle. If I was looking to change to another supplier it certainly would not be your company based on your ethics! I just can't wait to post this on Social Media. Have a nice day!”

“It gives sufferers of bowel and bladder problems a forum to share their problems and this is a good thing as you get to realise that you are not alone in your suffering. There are many out there who have gone through it and can offer support and advice. A very good Community to be part of.”

“Nothing much can be said here. I suffer with overactive bladder and my bowel is irregular. Have had several operations but nothing works. Cannot enjoy my days out anymore for fear of leakage.”
