“From what I’ve read so far it looks as if it will be very helpful and inclusive. However I was hoping to obtain a ‘Just can’t wait ‘card to replace one I’ve mislaid. Unfortunately the Website only seems able to provide an online version with QR code. Kind regards. A Beele”

Dear Alfred, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We offer the digital version of the Just Can't Wait Card for free via our website (which can sit securely on your smartphone and is easy to find). However, we recognise that not everyone has a smartphone. We still offer the plastic Just Can't Wait Card for a small fee to cover postage and packaging. If you'd still like a plastic card, simply download the form from our website and return it to us with payment, and we'll pop a new card out in the post to you. “Hi I have issues with my kidneys no function in left and stones on the right I have had numerous accidents occasionally but I was glad to have that card at least when I want to go I can show that card I am 72 years of age but some people don’t seem to think it’s a issue but for me it so imbarsing when it happens I bring extra clothes with me going out but thank god that all I have to worry about thank u for your help it’s much appreciated Bernadette”

“Great card & a great help. Could do with a flyer to m shops & public places. Not many think it is real let alone legal. Perhaps countrywide publicity would help. Also download able flyers we can print off & give out to local stores, offices etc”

“I suffer with bowl incontinence which if need to use the bathroom iv got to go straight away, I don't go out that much due to my illness. Hopefully now I can have some sort of life and able to go out, and people recognise the pass if needed. Thank you”
