“I was totally taken aback by the sharpness and tone of the male person who rang me to make an enquiry , that's the sole reason for my low star rating, however my daughter who has organised my toilet pass has dealt with it. I am still waiting for my actual card as she requested digitally for mobile use and one for me to have on my person, I would appreciate that being looked into please.”

You're right, the plastic card comes at a small charge which simply covers the cost of packaging and posting the card to you. “I was in a world where bladder control was a factor previously never even contemplated but then, due to a Prostate Cancer diagnosis, it became a big consideration. These people were excellent , so sympathetic but I never felt like I was unusual or it was a big deal. Just down to earth, practical, advice, listening and understanding I wasn't on my own and I wasn't the first to be faced with the aftermath of the Prostectomy. Thank you”
