“I'm just waiting for my card to arrive. I've been told it should be here within 10 working days. So far I found getting the card very straight forward although there was a small fee.”

“I had some incontinent pads sent out to try, im afraid l wouldn't wear them outside, they are very thick, I dont mean to sound ungrateful but I buy tena and always for sensitive bladder as they are uch more easy to hide.”

If you need help you can always reach us via our website and we will do our best to guide you through the process. https://www.bladderandbowel.org/contact-bladder-and-bowel/ If you requested a digital Just Can't Wait Card, you should have received an email directing you to add your card to your Smartphone Wallet, either via Google Wallet or Apple Wallet. We will get this link sent to you again so that you can have another go. If you'd rather a plastic card, you can order and pay for one via our website and this will be shipped to you, to be received within 10 working days, but usually much quicker!
