“I bought two wool jackets and a hat for family members for myself and Christmas presents. The quality of the products is superb and we are really happy with them. The customer service after purchase was exceptional. Because the items are handmade in Nepal the sizes vary and before they sent they emailed to double check on sizes asking for measurements. This meant all the products fitted on arrival. Very happy all round and will definitely shop there again.”
