Absolutely terrific products perfect for dog walking on icy cold, snowy or just plain
miserable days, the hoods stop wind very well as they are fleece lined like the jackets.
I have got away with getting rained on as well although I don't suggest they are waterproof in any way but they will insulate even when damp. They wash well on a wool delicate with Woolite but dry them on hangers naturally at room temperature.
Black Yak themselves are very thoughtful and contacted me when I ordered a garment they felt was not suitable for me. You will be hard pushed to better either product or service, oh and no I don't work for them or get favours!”
“Loved the fingerless mittens which were bought for a present. The average seems a little tight which is probably because the lining doesn’t give like wool. But I’m hoping my friend whose 80th birthday I bought them for will be able them get them on OK.”
