“This is the most efficient, friendly and helpful company I have ever ordered from; and also beats any stores I have shopped in. The quality of the goods I have bought has always been superior to any store bought items. I would certainly recommend.”
“I ordered a pretty handbag. It arrived the next day! I am delighted with it. It looks lovely, has several secure pockets and is very practical. Also it is beautifully put together, the craftsmanship excellent. I'd give 6 ⭐ if I could.”
“Beautiful carefully made products. The tunic dresses I bought were so lovely I had to buy two of each colour. Really comfortable, I don't want to wear anything else!”

“I absolutely love the carved needle holders which you can find listed under Accessories. I bought one for myself and two as gifts. If you don't sew then you could always use them for some other tiny precious object.”
“I have bought several products from Black Yak and all of them have been beautiful and of really high quality. The tunic dresses are made so carefully. The bag I ordered is really strongly made and the material is a lovely colour, really unique and unusual. The orders have come really quickly and I certainly would never hesitate to buy from Black Yak again. Such a wonderful change from mass produced items.”
“Best customer service I had for a long time. Sending me 2 of each items to try on and choose the right size that is trust and service. I also love your products”
