“I bought two items, a pair of gloves and a scarf, as presents for two different members of my family. Your mail order arrangements worked very well and both items arrived before Christmas....Thank you.”
“I have made Black Yak my go-to company for all my cold weather accessories. I love the quality and the quirky designs.
I always feel that I have bought something special when I buy Black Yak.”
“The recipient loved the hand warmers & the service was great with a personal touch. They took note of (& met) an additional request re sizing on my order. There was a very slight delay with despatch of my order (at the time of year - & especially this year it’s not totally unexpected) but Black Yak kept me informed throughout.”
“Bought some ladies gloves as an xmas present, to replace the lost favourite gloves. Was getting worries, but they would not arrive, but had an email stating they had changed the postage. Received the following day. EXCELLENT PRODUCT, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.”
“I ordered a pair of fleece lined mittens as a Christmas present to myself. They arrived with a hand written apology for the delay (only a slight one and well in time for Christmas) plus a lovely photograph of some of their knitters. I am delighted to have warm hands.”
“Bought these gloves as a Christmas present for my dad - who is a man of few words but he text me Christmas Day to say I had made an excellent choice and he loves them!! Great quality and lovey design. Thanks”
