“I have bought a bundle of Black Yak wrist warmers as Christmas presents. They are excellent quality with beautiful and varied designs and colours. The lining is really warm and they feel to fit snugly. They are good value for money whilst providing fair trade for the talented and creative people that make them. Thank you Black Yak.”
“Bought a Black Yak hat years ago in York, but sadly lost it a few weeks ago. Replaced the same hat in a different colour (just in case the other turns up), plus bought socks online. Items arrived as ordered and very pleased with them.”
“Always a good company to deal with: I have ordered from them at least half a dozen times. The products are reasonably priced and of consistently good quality. I asked for a refund on one item on my last order and this was handled very promptly.”
“The service is always brilliant and the jackets are second to none. Mandy checked my sizes so she could get me the closest fit for me. Brilliant personal service. Thank you”
