“Excellent service. Excellent communication. Black Yak honestly couldn't do enough to help fulfil our order and make sure the product was right for us. The jacket we ordered is beautiful and our daughter is absolutely thrilled.
Many thanks to the team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Black Yak to anyone.”
“Great service, nice to be able to support an ethically sourced business with great values and give my nephew an excellent xmas present too!! Will definitely be looking on your website again. Have already earmarked a couple of gifts for next xmas just didn't find your site in time for this year.
Would have been happy to pay more for the beanie hat.”
“I bought a pair of you fingerless gloves before and love them, I just wanted a different colour. They keep my hand very warm and toasty. Would recommend to anyone.
You service is excellent”
“I own several Black Yak products. When I lost one of my wrist warmers, I bought another identical pair because I love them so much. So cosy, and I love the colours.”
“Being 6'7" tall it is difficult to buy a well fitting jumper. I provided black yak with my measurements and am now the proud owner of the best fitting jumper I have ever had! Really good quality and amazing service. I'll be back for another one at Christmas! Thank you.”
“Fantastic - I bought a pair of wrist warmers as a present for a friend and when they arrived I liked them so much I've just bought another pair as a present for someone else, and a pair for myself! Beautifully made, really comfortable, plus good comms and super-fast service. Plus, they're great presents to send through the post when we can't all get together at the moment to exchange Christmas presents in person. Thank you, and I would definitely recommend! :-)”
