“My husband has wanted a black yak jumper for a while- I got him a Rust Heather jumper for Christmas and he loves it. Wearing it all the time and it is so much warmer in this cold weather!
Thank you for the delivery in time for Christmas, wrapped in tissue paper. Handwritten note with it apologising for a delay was lovely but I felt unnecessary as it came in time!
Only negative was that it was in a plastic bag for posting- would be great if you’d be able to use tough paper for eco friendliness.
