“Absolutely love my new very warm and comfortable hat
Beautifully made and fleece band prevents any irritation .
Thank you to Black Yak and all the talented knitters .
Wishing you all a peaceful new year”
“I ordered a pair of the fleece lined cable wristwarmers. Love the colour (teal) and they are great. Will be really handy as the weather turns colder.”
“Very good yarn but not big enough for me. The average head measures 6 and 7/8. My school hat in 1942 measured 7 and 1/8. I am 5ft 2in and am normal!
I am a knitter and will alter the hat to fit .
Happy New Year. Betty”
“Delighted with my new t-shirts and trousers, just as described and very good quality. The team at Black Yak are super - I placed 2 orders but someone noticed, combined my order and refunded postage. Many thanks and Merry Christmas to all at Black Yak”
“First class customer service. Delivery slow but Royal Mail problem not Black Yak. Beautiful hat is a work of art, comfortable, warm and a great fit. Will order other items in the near future.”
“Fantastic company, kept up to date with order from start to finish, even whilst delay due to Royal Mail. Wrist warmers are great quality and I would 100% buy from Black Yak for future purchases.”
“So nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone to discuss my order. Very pleased with the quality of the product and prompt delivery. Will order from Black Yak again.”
“These fingerless gloves are well made, all lined with a fleecy material. Just perfect to keep your wrists warm and you can still drive in them. I bought two pairs for my grownup daughter's as a gift. I like to support smaller industries.”
“Very pleased with products I bought (fleece-lined gloves and mittens). Excellent, quick service and good communication telling me when to expect delivery. Great knowing Black Yak are Fair Trade and use eco-friendly packaging. Would recommend.”
