“I ordered gloves and the colour was not what I expected so black yak changed them the next pair had a little problem in the finger ( not knitted tight enough) so a small hole. These they exchanged again without any fuss. I would highly recommend black yak ,I have the mittens I bought last year and they are so warm ,now I have gloves too.”
