“Ordering was simple and done deliberately from you rather than use Amazon. I was, therefore, extremely disappointed to find that my parcel was coming via Amazon. I was also disappointed that the email confirming the delivery date displayed an option to reschedule the delivery but wouldn't allow this to be selected. As a result, the parcel was delivered at an inconvenient time and simply left in the front garden, in full view of everyone passing. I will not be ordering from you again.”
