Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“Purchased via Tesco Marketplace, very easy. However, Evri massively let this company down and no idea where my order is. However, gave 5 stars still as company very responsive when informed of non delivery and immediately shipped out a replacement via Amazon delivery which arrived the next day, one day earlier than estimated. Great customer service as well as value of product.”

“Extremely easy. I was looking for a specific product and Google pinged Direct4 as a top option. The price was almost a third of what my vet was charging. In addition, delivery was free (specified as 2 to 4 working days) which is very unusual for a relatively low cost item. Then I received it the day after ordering. Top marks all round; repeat customer guaranteed.”

“It was very easy to place my order and I was happy that I was offered a subscription service for the product I ordered as it is medicine for my cat that he will have to take for the rest of his life. “Did a search for Add One as l have not been able to buy it for some months and always had it on repeat and Porus One which my cat has every day. Looked on my previous orders and realised l have used you many times before. So pleased to see you are selling Porus one with Add One free, so l have ordered 2 lots and have it back on repeat because when Add One was unavailable l had to use licky licks to mix with Porus One to ensure Ruby my cat eats the whole amount every day. The new site is very easy to use and l am so happy you are selling the renal meds for CKD as l have also ordered Pronefra which Ruby has in the evening, she won’t lick it from the bowl but will lick it off my finger , a little diva 😻”
