Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“Hi, item easy to order. Unfortunately received damaged as there is no handling care warnings on the packaging. Bottle top smashed & handle dented. Fortunately no leakage as the top has a seal.”

“Purchase was okay. Just after I had ordered I realized I had not entered voucher code (-10%) from previous order and review, so wrote to e-Bay asking if this could be credited. No response forthcoming even though I have chased twice. At this point, I'm unsure whether I'll use e-Bay again meaning Black Cat Medicines will not get the orders. Shame.”

“I don't know how good this medication is (YuMove Cat joint supplement) as I think it needs to be taken for at least a month for signs to be seen, and I only gave it to my cats for a few days until a cheaper one from Healthspan came. I found that my cats would not take this medication direct, but they will take the Healthspan one direct, so it's definitely preferable! I think it arrived in good time and well-packaged though.”

“I was pleased I found the supplement I was looking for - I can't find it in Greece - however I was disappointed because you sold me a quite different product from the one I thought I purchased. You pictured the large dog version but you sent me the small dog one, which wasn't stated anywhere in the listing. So I found the listing very misleading and ultimately the product more expensive than what I was willing to pay. Thanks anyway Roxanne”
