“Superb work especially as one of the (only two) items ordered was initially thought to be out of stock. It will be a day or two before I complete the project using one of the two castors initially so I do not yet have a photo of the device I am making but many thanks for looking after a small-time specialist customer. I am optimistic that both of the castors will meet my requirement and I may try both to find the better option. Thanks again!”

“Wanted a part, which wasn't in stock. Staff quickly identified a replacement off there own volition, without Ben got asked. A part of equal load rating a dimensions. In this day and age, I've found customer service to be lacking. Not so in this case. Top work!”
