“The item I wanted was easy to get by entering the parameters of what I needed, it’s the best way to go, know what you want 1st. I called before making my purchase but my reasoning to the agent was confounding, understanding your equipment and their limitations. They may not understand what and why you want specific part, if they have it grab it and test it.”
