“Awful company. Order was never received, initially ignored by their "customer services" until I eventually got a refund.
Ended up ordering the part elsewhere. Wouldn't consider using again.”

They had the nerve to be sarcastic and ask me If I'd mistaken them for another company. They advertised a full price item at £68.95. This was then discounted to save 94% and was at £3.99.
Then they had the nerve to cancel this item on my overall order bloody mugs. I have screen shots saved to prove it. If they can honour my item, I'd have no problem reviewing my feedback”

We are not sure if you maybe have us confused with another company you have ordered from, the order you placed with us was processed on 12/12/2022 and delivered on 15/12/2022 we have not cancelled this order it was completed and sent.
Checking the history on this order there is no contact from your self to say the item has not been delivered, so we can only assume this was received all ok, however, any issues please do not hesitate to contact us.

This order was posted on the 13/12/2022, checking the tracking it has been updated in the Royal mail delivery office today, so we would expect delivery to arrive within the next 48 hours.
Our apologies there are currently delays on a number of packages progressing through Royal mail, due to recent and ongoing industrial action, we are finding a higher number of packages taking longer than normal to work through the Royal Mail network and be delivered.
We would expect this to arrive within the next 2-5 working days of course if nothing arrives please let us know and we will investigate further,

“2-7 business days delivery. It's now the evening of the 8th business day and still no goods. The money of course left my account the day after the order was made (with the website crashing as I clicked to pay). Bikeparts emailed me on 7 December to say the goods were on their way. They did so again on 14 December. One of those emails is therefore a lie. I need this for meeting up and exchanging presents with my mountain biking brother in 2 days' time. He'll no doubt hand me over a bag full of great stuff. I'll only have a hard luck story for him.”
