“This was the second attempt to get the goods, due to Amazon non-delivery. I asked for Royal Mail for the second attempt but it came by Amazon again (but arrived this time).
Bike Parts were helpful in sorting the delivery situation.”
“A word of warning to any potential customers make sure you read the full description of the item. I thought purchased a maxxis exo+ tyre as per the photograph, they sent me an exo only tire instead. Customer service advised me that they use generic photographs supplied by the manufacturers, they also told me that they don’t stock the exo+ so why have a photograph of it on their website? A lesson learned.”
“Liked the use of Royal Mail for delivery.
Packing: very poor plastic sheet packing - no protection at all from knocks and bumps. A cardboard box would have been much preferred especially as one item was a torque wrench sensitive to such issues.”

Our apologies there are currently delays on a small number of packages progressing through Royal mail, due to recent and ongoing industrial action, we are finding a higher number of packages taking longer than normal to work through the Royal Mail network and be delivered.

“I can’t comment on the cable that I had ordered. I might have been able to provide a review we’re in not for the Royal Mail strikes. Might you consider using a courier service as you default delivery method?”
“I was really torn over what rating to give. On the one hand I bought a Park Tool cable cutter for a very good price that was delivered very quickly. However, this was strongly tempered against my inability to find suitable brake cables either through search or facetted filtering. Those that I did find often had very poor descriptions. I tried phoning up but got a fairly ambivalent bloke on the phone who simply said that they sell hundreds of lines and didn't know, he obviously had no expertise at all on bike maintenance (it would have been really helpful if he'd put someone on who did).
So, I got what I was after to fix my brakes very easily but I was frustrated in my attempts to actually buy the cables. Needless to say I went to a large competitor to buy the cables after wasting a lot of time.”
“Cheap components and tools, quick delivery but always poorly packaged - every delivery arrives bashed to hell as they just use polybags. I wouldnt ordered anything fragile or expensive from the woolly hat shop.”
“Good range of components at reasonable prices but their shop side would not accept my debit card for unknown reasons, I thought the payment had gone through until they sent a 'did you forget something' message, so I had to use PayPal in the end though I prefer not to use them. On complaining about this problem the rep was helpful but had no answers to the issue. Now I find that I accidentally ordered 2 of the same component, they offered to accept a return in good faith, so we will see if they issue a full refund in good faith.”
“I didn’t receive my first order so I was very disappointed by this, the second reorder came within 48hrs of ordering so at first not happy but now I’ve got my order I am very pleased with my cup, thank you for sorting out my issue so promptly.”

“The only reason for an average score is I waited 4 days for delivery when I paid for express 24 hr however it may have been Evri’s fault I feel they are a disjappointmenting choice of carrier. I might add I was immediately refunded postage so I will use again.”
