“Ordered a 7mm/9mm flare wrench spanner (for brake bleed nipple) I already had a 8mm but the clutch bleed nipple on this bike was a 7mm, it looked good but the 7mm turned out to be nearly 8mm, I tried to use it but it would have rounded the nipple over, very disappointed, could have sent back but was going to cost over half what I'd paid in postage so I will clean up the 7mm & turn it into an 8mm, you can see the tooling marks where it was milled into size, very poor, had read good reviews. Certainly wasn't precision made, very poor quality control.”
“paid extra for express 2 day delivery. 3 weeks later after several attemps to contact and enquire and then cancel (had to buy elsewhere) delivered with no comment/explanation or apology. No return via courrier (who were asked not to deliver). Will never use this company again.”

We have looked at this order and it does seem the delivery process took much longer than it should of as it seems to have got held up in the courier's network, our sincere apologies for this delay.
Regarding contacting us, however, we have checked against the name and email address on the order and cannot find any correspondence from you raising an issue.
We have emailed you today on the email address on the order in relation to this being returned for a refund if not required.

We do send hundreds of packages with Evri on a daily basis and unfortunately, on the odd occasion these can get held up in the system, you have contacted us today in relation to this and we are currently investigating this with Evri and we will be contacting you with a resolution shortly.
