I ordered the inner tube online and I didn't get it eventually. The case is that I typed a wrong shipping address when I paid it, but I noticed it in the next second. So I sent an email to the sales team immediately and want to change the address. But the sales team replied me next day the parcel is dispatched and told me I can change the address once I get the email from the delivery company. Another 2 days, I received the email from Amazon Shipping informed me the parcel will be deliveried by another local company, Royal mail. The shipping address still cannot be changed at that moment. 2 more days gone, I got the email from Royal Mail the parcel will be arrived next day. I changed the shipping address immediately and got the confirmation email the shipping address changed. However, the parcel has not been received eventually and lost in somewhere. Even I got the refund from the Bikeparts, but it means the system doesn't allow to update the information if somethings went wrong. I think the main reason is Amazon Shipping they hire another delivery company to do the job and no one manage the whole shipping progess. The mistake happens in between the information delivery. Next time, I will shop it directly in Amazon or other online shop not using Amazon Shipping.

I didn't receive them.. DHL couldn't find the address... and now I have to continue my charity cycle ride on sub standard wheels Pretty poor show really..I know it's not your fault they weren't delivered...you should take it up with the carrier

Ordered £150 worth of things but they missed two chains and put in a replacement chain, wrong chain and still missing the other chain! No reply after 3 days of emails

Terrible service. Uncommunicative. Pre-formatted 'excuse e-mail' . Not an isolated occasion. Badly delayed delivery.

Hi Lars, Thank you for your review, We are sorry you were not happy with your experience, Unfortunately, as we have already advised and as per our terms and conditions, we can only accept a return if it is returned in the condition received, this cannot be returned once you have attempted to fit the item, if you had contacted us to check the compatibility of the item before the purchase rather than after you had purchased/ received and attempted to fit the item, there would have been no issue. Disappointing that I can't review the Shoes that I ordered as I still don't have them. Not your fault I guess that there is a Postal strike. Still, I might have ordered elsewhere if I'd known they were your courier. Enticed by a good price. I guess it's the risk you take using someone you don't know. My shoes are still at your local PO depot!

Hi Richard, Our apologies there are currently delays on a number of packages progressing through Royal mail, due to recent and ongoing industrial action, we are finding a higher number of packages taking longer than normal to work through the Royal Mail network and be delivered. We would expect this to arrive within the next 2-5 working days of course if nothing arrives please let us know and we will investigate further, Our apologies for these delays. The first order with bike parts .co.uk, Ordered on the 7th of December, the order was processed on the 9th of December and now 10 days later and still no sign of the order. No more to say other than very poor service.

Ordered tyres on 9th December. Received message to say on their way. It’s 17th December and still no delivery. Tracking says “inbound parent and child at depot” and I have no idea what this means! Emailed bikeparts twice but no reply. Pretty frustrated.

HI John, Thank you for your review, Refunds are processed within 24 working hours of us receiving the item back, if you have not had the refund yet it would be more than likely be as we have not had the item back, if you have the tracking information for the returned package please contact us at sales@bikeparts.co.uk so we can check this for you, it may be a case of the item has not arrived back to us yet, but the refund will be processed promptly once we receive the item back as long as you have included the return note so we know you have sent it back. Went online and found a tyre at a great price. Paid and money left my account straight away. Within an hour had an email stating an Internet pricing glitch had wrongky priced the tyres so the order was cancelled and a refund issued. I then had to wait 5 days before the money was returned and I could get my tyres.

I’m very disappointed that the helmet was not packaged accordingly. I appreciate that the delivery company were probably responsible for the damage but it should come protected. I have no idea if the strength of the helmet has been compromised. This is not acceptable for a piece of safety equipment!

Very Disappointed as the item was Not Delivered on time as per description. The convenience of paying and having the item delivered as next day delivery was for me very important as I was travelling. Unfortunately due to the item not being dispatched on time as stated this lead to not receiving it for my journey as intended. Although Communication was made & I was refunded the cost of the next day delivery it is simply not good enough. I would suggest in future if you can not dispatch or deliver your items as stated ( Next day delivery) in this case then to inform the customer before sending it. This is the reasoning for my rating.

For their part Bikeparts responded very quickly and had dispatched the item the same day and when received the items were as ordered. However, the courier Evri/Hermes they chose were suspect. The item should have been delivered on the Saturday, but eventually came Wednesday. I don't mind if something takes a few days to be delivered, but I do not like uncertainty, and their delivery information was ambiguous. Their website says they are "cheap". I would like to pay a bit more to have certainty and would rather have it delivered by a British company rather than one owned by a US based private equity company.

My bike unfortunately no longer functioned and I needed a new wheel. BikeParts was recommended to me so I paid especially for 1-2 working day delivery so that I wouldn’t have to pay the extortionate tube fare to get to work. Whilst I ordered on the 15th September, my order did not arrive until 23rd September. Whilst the Monday was a bank holiday, I would have expected it arrive earlier. I also emailed to ask for an update on my parcel as I hadn’t received any updates by the 21st with no response. Overall, This resulted in me emailing requesting a refund for my delivery fee and I’m still yet to hear anything back to any of my emails. Furthermore, the use of Evri as a delivery service is also terrible. I took a day off work to receive my parcel on the 22nd (eventually) and I was told there was a problem delivering my parcel despite me being in the house all day and not once did anyone turn up. Overall, terrible service.

Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry to hear delivery took longer than you expected. Checking this on our system, we have nothing showing on record of any contact to advise us of an issue with delivery. we have now issued a refund on the postage paid.
