“I am sorry but really disappointed with service from Bikeparts.co.uk. I ordered 2 brake pads (£24 each) and only received one. Bikeparts did send a video as evidence that 2 looked like they were packaged, however couldn't be 100% sure that it was my order. Meanwhile, Bikeparts blamed the delivery service and the delivery service blamed Bikeparts. Meanwhile, I am down a set of brake pads. Little to no follow up from Bikeparts. So unless they get back to me and send me what I ordered I would not recommend the company”
“Unfortunately my review is negative. Received one pack of brake pads whereas ordered two. Bikeparts did send me video that looked liked two were packed (little hard to see and no confirmation parcel was mine) and that I should take it up with delivery company. I do feel they should still take responsibility and send me another pack - I did pay for 2 (and need 2 - front and rear), wherever the fault lies. Still trying to argue my case but unless I get what I ordered they only get 1 star and I will never buy from them again. Sorry”
“I received a notification that the part shipped on 30th May, it is 9th June and still not arrived. Little/ No info on website and no response from the sales team when I queried delivery.
If I get my order, I will not use this company again.”

Thank you for your review, The reason this was sent out with no house number was down to the address not being filled out correctly when the order was placed. Our shipping label is created using the exact information provided by yourself which was unfortuantely an incorrect address. This was then rectified by another being sent, before the incorrectly addressed parcel got back to us. This was done as a gesture of good will to get you back on your bike as soon as possible.
We feel we have done our best to rectify an issue that was not made by ourselves.

Hi,
As we discussed on the phone, we have CCTV cameras at all packing stations and barcode scans on all products to prevent issues like these occuring. We asked if the box was opened or had any damage before looking into the CCTV footage. As you confirmed that the box was all in tact and delivered in the exact state as when we sent it out, we continued to review the cameras. Everything was present when the order left us leading us to believe that everything did in fact arrive.
