“Awful quality furniture, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Offered a measly 20% discount for furniture that looks second hand - fronts were covered in scuffs, marks and scrapes. One of the draws on the chest of draws had been damaged and looked like someone has already tried to repair it with some sort of putty. Would NOT recommend.”

“AVOID! I received a damaged dressing table (mirror completely shattered, other pieces of wood chipped) on 12th feb. I was advised the individual parts would be replaced (bad, right?! I expected a complete replacement at the least). It’s now 26th and I’m still awaiting the replacements. Every time someone emails they tell me they were sent the previous day! I have left voicemails asking someone to call me to discuss properly but no one ever does. I will never use this company again. And my daughters birthday present was ruined, like a lockdown birthday isn’t bad enough aged 6!”

“I would not buy off this company again, I bought 1 storage box for £12.99:they sent 3 which came off my card, I emailed them to ask for returns labels which they did not send. It cost me £14 to send back, so buyers beware. The customer service was not helpful at all.”

“I will not be ordering again from this company. I ordered a nest of tables, never turned up and now I'm down money and no order. Asked for a refund as this was a Christmas present, was told I'd have to wait. Disgusting, and I will be taking it further. They should NOT be using hermes, they say they left my parcel by the back gate in the open, so obviously been stolen OR never put there in the first place not happy at all!!”
