“High commission (5%) compared to other sites that do the same job. Getting a free bet is nearly impossible despite me putting loads of money through your account. On the plus side, the site is easy to use and bets are simple to find.”

“Im a novice with sport and gambling in general, so the fact that the Betfair site is so well planned and easy to use is very good for me. My only gripe so far is that I cant actually find anywhere that spells out to me how much commission in pounds and pence you have for each win I have . I know the percentage and Im not knocking that you charge- thats understandable but the profit/ loss bit is confusing , I would just like the amount put in the betting history along with the stake and liability. Thanks”

“I've been using Betfair for a few months now and I find it extremely easy to use and intuitive. There are thousands of events with markets I never even thought existed! Betfair is my goto website for both sports betting and bookmaking and I can't see that changing anytime soon.”
