“I rate the sportsbook area very poor due to the fact you have limited my account after around 2 weeks of holding the account, I emailed and never heard a response or given a valid reason for this loss of sportsbook.”

“My only gripe would be the live Stream, sometimes it's there sometimes it is not and racecourses covered by ATR there is little information including no betting.”

“I have been using Betfair for quite a while now and I have had no problems at all. The website is easy to use and is well laid out. It would be nice if the comission rate could be lowered on the exchange but other than that keep up the good work.”

“Sometimes the site can get a little cluttered with various quick link bars and "play games" areas (at least it does in the exchange), and the search isn't always accurate especially when searching for a horse race at a specific time, but other than that no issues at all. Great site that's fairly easy to use and withdrawals are always quick.”
