“Good offers and really easy to find market your after”

“I received an email to say I am no longer eligible for promotions, free bets or best odds guaranteed without warning. Therefore, I do not use Sportsbook anymore as a result. I also still receive emails about free bets so if I am not allowed to do them anymore can you please stop emailing me with offers. Thank you.”

“Received information regarding my account by email, no explanation was given. I sent two emails to your customer service department for feedback with no acknowledgement or response from yourselves. Will not use account as I have in the past and will continue to use other exchanges more than I do this one. I presume that I'll receive no response from this either - not great service to say the least”

“Betfair have to be the market leader of any betting company, they have everything; the sports book where you can bet on practically any sport, the exchange where you can lay against any market and their casino which has a huge variety of games. Their website is easy to use but above all their customer service team are the best in the business! Quick to get back to you, always friendly and very helpful”

“I like the layout of the website. It's easy and quick to find the matches/races that I'm interested in and depositing and withdrawing money is quick. I also like the fact that commission can be reduced if a lot of bets are placed. A bit of shame that it can be lost quickly, though, especially when going on holiday.”

“Your exchange deals is a vast range of markets. It's very impressive and I'm fairly sure is unrivalled anywhere. However, a few months ago, you have prevented me from using your sportsbook in full effectively reducing me to 2nd class status compared to other customers. No reason was given for this other than to hide behind your terms and conditions. I had done absolutely nothing wrong. For that reason, I have to rank your service as poor as that is how you have treated me.”
