“Con artists ask you to open an account for £10 stating open an account for £10 and get £45 in bets. Opened an account no £45 free bets contacted Betfair who say this promotion isn’t open, still advising on the website. Don’t use this company.”

“CON ARTISTS. If you win they find every angle not too pay out. In the end I told them to keep the winnings and closed the account. There are much better and more trustworthy betting sites.”

“Yes pumped over £500 playing slots and nothing back, I get up to £20 profit on a high volatile game and it just takes and takes and takes. I play the same slot on Sky Bet and it behaves totally different giving decent wins and it seems fair game. Sky also on request game me details on how much I've put in how much I've lost and what my current rtp is. Asked Betfair for the same and they sent a blank statement saying sorry we couldn't find any history etc... Honestly something is not right with these slots. Even the way they spin is different to sky and Coral etc.. Betfair I put in £500 over a few days lose lose lose. Sky win £100 lose £200 £win 120 lose £200 win £200 etc.. Its a total different game. Scam.”

“I tried to place a bet twice on Portugal when the odd were displayed clearly, the game which i was watching was in progress and suddenly they suspended the bet around 5-10 seconds before Portugal was given a penalty. It tells me that they are a head of the game timewise, without question!!!!!!! This is not the first time similar things have happened to me on this site. They are definitely manipulating things. BEWARE”

“Do not trust this company as there strategy is very clever in many different scenarios. 1. They conceal red card of football teams and shots on targets practically there stats are wrong. 2. Is you have games and your bet is looking good they remove the cashout option untill last game is finished and then they offer you penny’s. 3. Operators hang up the phone when you complain and when you request a manager call back your always ignored very rude! A VERY CLEVER COMPANY BEWARE DO NOT TRUST!!!! BET365 are much much better!”

“i had a £50 football on Napoli to win. 40 mins after i placed the bet and with Napoli 2-1 up i cashed the bet out for a profit. The bet was voided due to a VAR decision after 15 mins although i was allowed to cash out. to add insult to injury they the said that i had layed Napoli which i hadn't and lost money as Napoli had won. I contacted Customer Services and told them it must have been an error there end i never layed Napoli but they said i had. They are absolute Con Men who can change your bet without telling you to make sure you lose. I am extreme angry and frustrated. i will not using them nor recommending in the future.”

“A total scam with Rigged online games, yes they are rigged and there are evidences too .. they are . dishonest people who pretend to be customers focused .. of course they are , they focus only on their money , once they took all they can then they send you to the game safe team bulls* and pretend that is you having a problem … take a break …. I would not recommend this casino and paddy power to my worst enemy, I wouldn’t spend another penny even if I was a Billionaire . Surprised also on how all the review have 1 star and yet they have 97% feedback rate …. They buying the reviews ???? Losers wait for gov new regulations then you all sorted .”

“DISGUSTING. Don’t use . I put lucky 15 on and get 4 winners and got £1922.28 when working it out as 3 horses went out in the betting should be £3588 after speaking with them they said they do not offer best guarantee odds on multiple bets . Well someone search do betfair offer best guarantee and you will see it says yes. Now to be told in chat they changed this few months ago . Then told have to wait 2-5 days for money even though every other transacting withdrawal I have received instantly . BAD COMPANY. Every other online shop offers guaranteed odds”

“I have been a customer at Betfair since 2006. It has gone downhill, and in 2020 US Presidential election, they refused to pay thousands of customers including me for over 6 months. Just in Finland numerous cases reported by players. Would not trust them. They take months to reply, and always give a new excuse. Time wasters. There are better sites available.
