i had a £50 football on Napoli to win. 40 mins after i placed the bet and with Napoli 2-1 up i cashed the bet out for a profit. The bet was voided due to a VAR decision after 15 mins although i was allowed to cash out. to add insult to injury they the said that i had layed Napoli which i hadn't and lost money as Napoli had won. I contacted Customer Services and told them it must have been an error there end i never layed Napoli but they said i had. They are absolute Con Men who can change your bet without telling you to make sure you lose. I am extreme angry and frustrated. i will not using them nor recommending in the future.
