“Worst customer services that I have ever experienced. They just ignore you. I have been a member for 12 years, I was a VIP in 2018, now they closed my account and won't talk to me about it.”

“I find this site quite fixed and unfair. If youre on a winning streak it plays mind games with your odds, either forcing you to cash out by making out you are losing when youre not or by showing for a short period that youre winning so that you dont cash out and then suddenly youve lost, Im a fair loser but this site is a joke. Complete fix”

“DISGUSTING. Don’t use . I put lucky 15 on and get 4 winners and got £1922.28 when working it out as 3 horses went out in the betting should be £3588 after speaking with them they said they do not offer best guarantee odds on multiple bets . Well someone search do betfair offer best guarantee and you will see it says yes. Now to be told in chat they changed this few months ago . Then told have to wait 2-5 days for money even though every other transacting withdrawal I have received instantly . BAD COMPANY. Every other online shop offers guaranteed odds”

“I have been a customer at Betfair since 2006. It has gone downhill, and in 2020 US Presidential election, they refused to pay thousands of customers including me for over 6 months. Just in Finland numerous cases reported by players. Would not trust them. They take months to reply, and always give a new excuse. Time wasters. There are better sites available. “The worst online gaming site I've ever played! Bonus features when you eventually get them pay very little doesnt matter what stake you play, games crash just as you get a big win or feature even the free Pinball is rigged played everyday in December so 30 attempts my only win was 1 x 10p free spin!!! How Betfair have not been investgated by the Gaming commission is a mystery but then again a lot of gamers say they are as bad as the sites themselves. Gamers need to upload more videos showing there experiences I understand you win some you lose some however losing 99% of the time on these sites cannot be fair gaming and needs to be addressed.”

“I had a bet on tonights Football game Arsenal V Everton I had £50 on Arsenal at odds of around 7.15 after Everton scored the first goal. A ref number appeared and the bet was matched. When the goal was disallowed it immediately disappeared from my screen. I them had another bet of £100 against the draw as the score went back to 0.0. Immediately after Arsenal scored. I then called betfair telephone number and spoke to a girl in Malta who then said she couldnt help and told me to activate web-chat. A total waste of time on for half an hour so unhelpful. I ended up going offline as I couldnt be bothered waiting any longer. These guys are are dodgy.”

“betfair has to be the most fixed site I have ever played at 1000% fixed. and the customer service is terrible if your lucky enough to get response that is. overall its a n+(Negative-8) out 10 it's really bad if you want to play on slots play at a proper place like ojo or casumo don't even think about betfair believe me it's a scam they didn't even know what rtp was when I requested it 🤡@betfair.”

“Abysmal customer service. Small football bet still not settled 2 hours after the match finished. Live chat kept me waiting 10 minutes while they "found my details", then told me they were really busy, & haven't responded since. That was about 30 minutes ago. Absolutely pathetic from a supposedly leading bookmaker.”

“Signed up for promotion, verified my account, let me deposit and done my bet which won but was waiting for it to settle, then my account has been deleted, had to go on live chat to see what the heck went on. They said Betfair and paddy are now merged together and I apparently have been banned from paddy despite not using them for years as I moved to sky bet, as this is the case Betfair deleted my account and told me not to bother with them or paddy and took my money. Never even had a Betfair account before either and will never advise people to use them after this, absolute cons! They let everyone sign up no matter what just to take your money then delete you later on!”
