“Excellent speed of delivery but I was disappointed by the flooring as the colour on the website differed significantly. The flooring contained 4 colours and the other 3 were true, but unfortunately not the centre square. My fault for not getting a sample but due to the size of pattern, I probably wouldn't have been able to tell anyway!”

“I was happy with the service, only thing I was unhappy about was that I asked to take vinyl away on my roof rack that day, but was told you would deliver & then I was charged for delivery.”

“Vinyl excellent. Delivery on time. Company forgot to enclose 2 adhesives and a roll of tape. As indicated thought they would be in the centre of the roll but were not there. Requested refund of these products by e-mail as couldn’t wait as floor was being laid the day after delivery date. Very efficient service with regard to refund and apologies Thank you. Customer service was a definite 10/10. Would definitely use the company again.”

“Amazing service and courier company, even helped a single female carry the roll indoors. Really good price. Would be 5 starts apart from the top of the vinyl can be marked incredibly easy with anything remotely sharp. So be careful with your floor! Apart from that it looks great and the service impeccable.”

“Service excellent, prompt delivery. However 2 out of 13 boxes of planks had been dropped on a corner, damaging the contents. The damage was inside the transport packing and not visible on delivery. I was able to use most of the damaged boards as part of cutting allowance but shouldn’t happen”

“I am very pleased with the quality of my vinyl I purchased. However I had to take a day off work and waited in all day for my flooring to arrive, sadly it never arrived and I lost a day's pay for nothing.”
