“Customer service was excellent there was a small pickup with one part of my order which was entirely the couriers fault but the staff at floors to go were amazing in sorting out the problem for me Very pleased with my new flooring and with the service received many thanks”

“Just a quick note to say that the service I have received from best4flooring has been amazing and Emma was a joy to deal with! Everything, even delivery within 24 hours has been a dream. I’m having my house refitted and can honestly say that every other company have been a complete pain to deal with so just wanted to call it out when a company truly delivers. Thanks Emma!”

“I am using best4flooring on the second project we have. Emma has been absolutely amazing with providing us competitive prices, quick delivery, and outstanding customer service! As a prime example I emailed Emma late last night she confirmed my order this morning and I am expecting my delivery tomorrow of vinyl for 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens! Cant beat that!”

“Can I please make sure that Wendy receives praise and a payrise if possible 😉. Her and I exchanged 15 emails about the delivery of a bit of lino. The courier company was atrocious in their customer service delivery dates and time, and did not show up several times. Thanks to Wendy the lino was delivered today. It looks lovely in colour and is of good quality. Thanks for sorting the mess out Wendy!”

“Making the order was easy and they price matched another supplier who charges for delivery. They responded within in 30 mins to all my emails. Unfortunately, when the order arrived it had been damaged in shipping. I contacted Emma straightaway and within a few hours a new order had been placed and would soon be with me. No problems No quibble No small print Just excellent customer service! I am very impressed and recommend them for customer service and price.”
