“Fast delivery. Customer service is amazing. Part of my order was damaged, phoned them up, emailed over pictures of the damaged parcel and packaging, they sent a replacement straight out. Cannot fault this company.”

“I was generally happy was the service, however my order was not all received on the day agreed due to part of my order being sent out on the wrong delivery. I had to chase a new delivery date, was advised the next day but did not receive again. 2nd call was advised would be the following day in the am, which did turn up just in time for the flooring to be laid.”

“It was quick & easy to order samples which arrived within a few days. The samples are a decent size so you can gauge how the flooring will look. Limited to ordering 3 samples, but luckily one of the designs was just perfect.”
