“We waited quite a long time for our flooring because of a manufacturing fault with the first lot the company received. I'm so glad they dealt with it the way they did. We would have been inconvenienced if it has been sent to us faulty. Instead we were advised of the problem and kept informed. Once the new batch was available it was dispatched quickly. It is a great product. Looks fantastic; went down well and lays beautifully. We're so glad we waited. Well worth it. So professionally dealt with. Thank you”

“We found Best4flooring excellent! After browsing online I picked a couple of samples of universal click luxury vinyl flooring which arrived through the letterbox quite promptly. The size of the sample was quite good as it did enable us to pick the one we liked and reject the other 2. It was really good to be able to see it in real life as opposed to just seeing in online. Best4flooring had by far the BEST selection of different flooring - both colours, textures and styles! We picked a slight metallic burnished copper finish which we’d not seen anywhere else! I love it and can’t wait to see it actually laid in our kitchen! Their online measuring tool was very useful too and we were able to pick a floor plan which was similar to our kitchen (we have an island) so it was useful to use their floor plan which had a cut out on it! HOPEFULLY we have ordered plenty of flooring packs! I ordered online on a Sunday but unfortunately something happened to our order mid-way so I was able to drop Best4flooring an email message immediately after placing our order and I got an email response from them first thing on Monday morning saying that our order had not actually gone through so could I possibly try again! I did try again and this time was successful! I got a confirmation of my order very quickly and also the delivery date was unchanged. Delivery was perfect with an email on despatch from the warehouse, an email when the goods had arrived in Aberdeen and then an email with an approximate time of delivery enabling me to nip home from my work to be in the house when the actual delivery driver phoned me himself to say he would be with me in 10 mins. A very slick delivery service and much appreciated especially as it was FREE! Thank you to the team at Best4flooring and the courier service in Aberdeen! I can submit a review on the actual flooring once it is laid - I can’t wait to see the end result now! Thanks again Louise & Alan Gerrard - Aberdeen”
